- Founder and Group CEO of East West One Group
- An established entrepreneur who ventured into agriculture industry in Sabah, Malaysia in early 2000.
- Under her leadership, the group’s business has expanded regionally into Indonesia.
- Prior to establishing EWOG, she was a medical doctor.
- Founded a private holistic wellness centre – that integrates a myriad of multidisciplinary diagnostics.
- In partnership with an Australian-based medical research company.
- Conferred the honorary title of Dato’ in year 2003, by the Sultan of Kedah.
- In July 2020, the Prime Minister appointed her, as a member of the National Unity Advisory Council.
- In 2018, she was awarded the winner in the category for Agriculture Industry in Malaysia by the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA); the Brand Laureate Inspiring Brand ICON Leadership Award 2018; andthe Brand Laureate Brand Founder Legacy Award 2018- 2019 by the Asia Pacific Brand Foundation (APBF).
- Conferred the ASEAN Woman Business Leader of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award by Kingsley Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific (KSI).
- Serves as an Advisor of the Nation- Building Institute International (NBII), a prominent Thailand based think tank.
- Serves on numerous boards including the Women’s Institute ofManagement (WIM) Malaysia as Member of the Board of Trustees and on the governing board of the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER).
- Appointed as a Council Member ofthe Malaysian EstateOwners’ Association (MEOA).
